Ek het hulp nodig! My werk se rekenaar het die virus opgedoen en ai ek het al alles probeer om dit verwyder te kry self die hele rekenaar ge-format maar dit werk nie lyk my van my data het die virus tussen in en ek gee nou op ek kry dit nie uit nie ... ek het self ander programme gedownload om dit af te haar maar dit werk nie...
Ag, ek het dringende baie werk om te doen en kani aangaan as ek nie die probleem uitgesorteer het nie.

Dit is jammer dat jy al sover gevorder het om die rekenaar te "format", die outjie is egter nie so moeilik om te verwyder nie, net ongerieflik. Volg die volgende stappe om jou masjien weer "skoon" te kry:

Download ATF Cleaner at http://www.atribune.org/ccount/click.php?id=1
Double-click ATF-Cleaner.exe to run the program. Under Main choose Select All
Click the Empty Selected button.

If you use the Firefox browser click Firefox at the top and choose Select All
Click the Empty Selected button.
NOTE: If you would like to keep your saved passwords, please click No at the prompt.

If you use the Opera browser click 'Opera' at the top and choose 'Select All'
Click the Empty Selected button.
NOTE: If you would like to keep your saved passwords, please click No at the prompt.

Click Exit on the Main menu to close the program.

Download HijackThis

Run a scan in HijackThis. Check each of the following if they still exist and hit 'Fix Checked' after you checked the last one:

O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [avpa] C:\WINDOWS\system32\avpo.exe

Locate the following Files/Folders and delete them if they exist (if no location given, just do a search for them):

C:\WINDOWS\system32\avpo.exe

1. Download combofix at http://www.forospyware.com/sUBs/ComboFix.exe
2. Double-click combofix.exe & follow the prompts.
3. When finished, it will produce a log for you.

Note:
Do not click on combofix's window while it's running. That may cause it to stall.

Symantec W32.Downadup Removal Tool

Also Known As: Win32/Conficker.A [Computer Associates], W32/Downadup.A [F-Secure], Conficker.A [Panda Software], Net-Worm.Win32.Kido.bt [Kaspersky], WORM_DOWNAD.AP [Trend], W32/Conficker [Norman]
Type: Worm

Follow these steps to download and run the tool:

1. Download the D.exe file from: http://www.symantec.com/content/en/u...writeups/D.exe.
2. Save the file to a convenient location, such as your Windows desktop.
3. Close all the running programs.
4. If you are on a network or if you have a full-time connection to the Internet, disconnect the computer from the network and the Internet.
5. If you are running Windows XP, turn off System Restore.
6. Locate the file that you just downloaded.
7. Double-click the D.exe file to start the removal tool.
8. Click Start to begin the process, and then allow the tool to run.
   
   NOTE: If you have any problems when you run the tool, or it does nor appear to remove the threat, restart the computer in Safe mode and run the tool again.
   
   
9. Restart the computer.
10. Run the removal tool again to ensure that the system is clean.
11. If you are running Windows Me/XP, then reenable System Restore.
12. If you are on a network or if you have a full-time connection to the Internet, reconnect the computer to the network or to the Internet connection.

When the tool has finished running, you will see a message indicating whether the threat has infected the computer. The tool displays results similar to the following:

• Total number of the scanned files
• Number of deleted files
• Number of repaired files
• Number of terminated viral processes
• Number of fixed registry entries

What the tool does
The Removal Tool does the following:

• Terminates the associated processes
• Deletes the associated files
• Deletes the registry values added by the threat

Hello daar,

Wil net dankie se vir al die hulp ek het alles afgelaai en op 'n disk gestoor. Ek het toe alles so deurmekaar geraak het toe maar weer geformat. Maar nou is ek gereed vir hulle, sal hier programme gebruik wat jy my die link van gegee het. Alhoewel ek het toe ook maar gegaan en Kaspersky gaan koop my broer my gesê dit is 'n goeie program. Tog wil ek nog steeds weet wat dink julle van AVG ek het al lank die gratis een gebruik net elke keer ge-opdateer en nog nooit probleme gekry nie nou was die eerste keer. Ek het die 9.0 gehad.
